Who we are

Positive Climb is the planned company behind AVIQUO. It has not yet been incorporated; AVIQUO is currently operated by its founding team. We will update this notice with the company details once it is formed.

Information we use

We use account and business contact details, organization membership, profile preferences, and information you provide through listings, offers, messages and uploaded documents. We also process authentication, security and activity records, support correspondence and billing references when billing features are used.

Information may come from you, your organization, counterparties or our service providers. Please include only personal information needed for the business purpose. Required account details are needed to provide signed-in features.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide the marketplace, administer accounts, support communications, answer requests and protect the service. Where applicable, this is necessary to perform a contract with you, serve our legitimate interests in operating and securing the B2B service, or meet legal obligations. A business representative is not necessarily personally party to their organization’s contract.

Keeping your device signed in is optional and based on your choice. We do not use advertising or audience-analytics cookies.

Who can receive it

Authorized team members, your organization and relevant counterparties can access information according to their roles and the marketplace’s sharing controls. Removing access to a document cannot recall copies already downloaded.

We use Google Cloud and Identity Platform for hosting, storage and authentication, and Google email services for correspondence. Resend is our configured application-email provider, and Stripe provides hosted billing features. Application email is currently disabled and Stripe operates in test mode during the pilot.

When optional AI assistance is enabled, clicking the AI suggestion button sends the description you enter and the selected business line to Google Cloud Vertex AI to propose Request fields. You can use the manual form instead. Review suggestions before applying them and avoid personal or sensitive information in the description.

Our primary production hosting is in the EU. Providers and support operations may involve other countries; this is not a promise that every part of processing stays in the EU. Contact us for information about recipients and transfer arrangements.

How long we keep it

Retention depends on whether your account is active, information is still needed for marketplace records or support, and any outstanding dispute or applicable legal obligation. We review deletion requests against those purposes and the rights of other participants.

Archiving an organization does not erase its information. Backups and retained document versions have separate expiry periods, so deletion is not necessarily immediate from every copy.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law and circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

Email contact@aviquo.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity. For EU/UK requests, we normally respond within one month and explain any permitted extension. You can also complain to the relevant data protection authority, including where you live or work in the EU.

“Remember me for 7 days” is unchecked by default. You can withdraw that choice by signing out or using the button on our Cookies page. Browsers may restore sessions, so explicitly sign out on shared devices.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page as the pilot and company develop, communicate material changes as appropriate, and request a new choice where consent is required.
